“Universal menu” uses “Public Service ID” as an identifier of each Public Service information.
The Public Service ID is “the number and its system attached to the administrative service (notification, application, other service) maintained by the public agency”.
In the case of public administration, it is quite the same situation that the Public Service ID is indispensable along with the flow of establishment, modification, abolition, etc. of the new Public Service.
